From Houston:
Take Hwy. 59 North, At Nacogdoches, Take Hwy 259 North, In Kilgore, Pass the traffic light at Hwy. 259 and Houston Street, Pass the traffic light at Hwy. 259 and North Street, Take a left onto Hwy. 42 (intersection is a "Y"), Take a left at the traffic light at Hwy. 42 and Kilgore Street, City Hall is the second building on the right on Kilgore Street.
