2023-25 Goals
The following is the list of goals the Board of Directors and Staff retreat developed in October 2022. The goal areas are divided into three main sections, in no particular order:
- ADVOCATE FOR BUSINESS
Develop advocacy that supports business and grows the East Texas Coalition - MEMBERSHIP INNOVATION & GROWTH
Create a strong membership network including both small and industrial businesses - CULTIVATE TALENT
Talent that meets the needs of our employers
